Job Description:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Provide concierge services and respond to guest inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain front desk records.
- Liaise with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Manage unexpected situations, such as overbookings or guest emergencies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, French) is preferred.
- Pre-opening experience will be an added advantage.
