We recommend booking at least 9–12 months in advance for peak season dates (June–September and December). For more intimate ceremonies of under 30 guests, 4–6 months may be possible.
Yes. Our Full Buyout package includes exclusive access to all 26 rooms for two nights, all venues, all dining spaces, and a dedicated team. This is ideal for larger celebrations and multi-day wedding weekends.
Outside food catering is not permitted at Grotta Resort — all food and beverage must be provided by the resort. Other external vendors, such as photography, entertainment, and floristry, may be allowed with prior approval and must follow Grotta Resort rules. A coordination fee may apply.
Musanze's dry season (June–September) offers ideal conditions for outdoor ceremonies — warm days, cool evenings, and clear views of the volcanoes. We can also provide elegant weather contingency plans for any time of year.
Absolutely. Our team can coordinate airport transfers, accommodation blocks, and curated guest experiences for international visitors. Rwanda's Kigali International Airport is approximately 2.5 hours from Grotta Resort.
